Amazon Coffee Agency ("Amazon Coffee Agency," "we," "us," or "our") provides Amazon growth services — including listings, advertising (PPC), and international expansion strategy — to coffee brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit this website (the "Site"), submit an inquiry through our lead form, or otherwise interact with us.

This Policy is designed to be broad enough to cover the ways we currently use data and the ways we reasonably expect to use it as our services evolve, and to describe the specific rights available to California residents and to individuals located outside the United States. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a. Information you provide directly

  • Lead and contact form data: full name, work email address, company or brand name, business status (e.g., pre-launch, established Amazon seller), the services you're interested in, and an approximate monthly sales range.
  • Communications: anything you send us by email, phone, scheduling tools, or messaging platforms, including call notes and correspondence.
  • Business and brand information: details about your company, products, Amazon storefront, sales history, or advertising performance that you choose to share with us in the course of a consultation or engagement.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and general location inferred from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 4.

c. Information from other sources

We may supplement the information above with information from publicly available sources, analytics and advertising partners, and data enrichment or business-intelligence providers, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for purposes that include:

  • Responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting consultations, and providing quotes and proposals;
  • Delivering, maintaining, and improving our services and this Site;
  • Communicating with you, including marketing and promotional messages (where permitted, and with an opt-out always available);
  • Understanding how visitors use the Site so we can improve content, performance, and user experience;
  • Analytics, research, benchmarking, and developing new or improved service offerings;
  • Fraud prevention, security, debugging, and enforcing our agreements and this Policy;
  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from public authorities; and
  • Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, or a purpose reasonably compatible with the ones above.

We retain flexibility to use aggregated or de-identified data — data that does not identify you or any specific individual — for any business purpose, including analytics, benchmarking, and product development, without further restriction.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Consent — where you have given clear consent (e.g., certain cookies or marketing communications), which you may withdraw at any time;
  • Contract — where processing is necessary to respond to your inquiry or perform a service you've requested;
  • Legitimate interests — where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests (e.g., improving the Site, marketing our services, preventing fraud) and those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with the law.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and — where applicable — support advertising. These may include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function;
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site; and
  • Advertising/measurement cookies used to gauge marketing performance and, where enabled, to support retargeting.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. See also Section 13 regarding Global Privacy Control.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information as follows:

  • Service providers: hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, advertising, CRM, and other vendors who process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets;
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Amazon Coffee Agency, our clients, or others;
  • With your direction or consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you when you provide the information; and
  • Affiliates: with our own affiliates and related entities for the purposes described in this Policy.

Some analytics or advertising integrations may constitute a "share" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law even though no money changes hands. See Section 6 for how to opt out.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), gives you the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share, and to receive a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information;
  • Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (to the extent we process any);
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights; and
  • Right to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Exercising your rights

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will verify your request using information you provide (such as matching it to the email address you submitted) before acting on it, and we may need to request additional information solely to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

To opt out of any sale/sharing of personal information or to limit use of sensitive personal information, contact us using the details in Section 15 with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We do not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right — this includes denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of service, except as permitted by law.

7. EEA, UK, Switzerland & Other International Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including for direct marketing;
  • Request portability of data you provided to us; and
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We aim to respond to legitimate requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. For visitors located in other countries (for example, Canada, Australia, or elsewhere), we will honor comparable rights requests to the extent required by the law of your jurisdiction, and otherwise as a matter of practice on reasonable request.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining business records, complying with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected; unconverted lead inquiries are generally retained for a limited period before being deleted or anonymized, while information related to an active client engagement is retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account or communication credentials confidential.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect may be processed, stored, and transferred in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms — such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful basis for transfer — designed to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.

11. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including Amazon.com and other platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

13. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; there is no accepted industry standard for how to respond to it, and we currently do not respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we will treat a detected Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which it is sent.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Policy on this page, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after a revised Policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

15. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of the rights described above, contact us through the booking form on our site.

We will do our best to respond to any request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
